Your Sales Skills. Our Developments. Homes Delivered.
Buying a new home is one of the biggest decisions people make. With the right support, a nervous first visit becomes a reservation. And the long wait for completion becomes something to look forward to
That’s the difference you’ll make here. As our Sales Negotiator, you’ll join the Curo Enterprise sales team at one of our award-winning developments. You’ll guide customers from their first enquiry right through to moving in and beyond.
This is a part-time role, three days a week, so you get the reward of new homes sales without a full week on site. Weekends are part of the pattern, as our developments open seven days a week and your days will depend on the development. You’ll be based at Mulberry Park in Bath, with cover for our Keynsham and Frome developments when needed.
What you’ll be doing
Responding to every enquiry promptly, booking viewings and turning interest into reservations
Guiding customers from reservation to exchange and completion, with a weekly update on the build of their new home
Supporting customers after they’ve moved in, handling any queries with care
Keeping the show homes, marketing suite and stock plots welcoming and well presented
Making sure the information we give customers is accurate, clear and fair
Keeping sales records accurate in our sales system (COINS) and sharing local market insight with the team
More about you
You enjoy the whole customer journey, not just the reservation. You follow up without being pushy, spot a delay before it becomes a problem and take pride in a show home that looks just right. You’re friendly and clear with everyone you speak to and happy working on your own initiative or as part of a small team.
Essential:
Experience in property sales, such as new homes or estate agency, with a track record of meeting targets
Experience of giving great customer service, with a commitment to keep improving it
Good organisation and attention to detail when managing customer records, prices and sales information
Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and happy to learn new systems
A full UK driving licence and access to transport for travel between sites
What you’ll get in return
Beyond a basic salary of £33,111 (pro rata) plus commission and the chance to make a real difference every day, you’ll get:
26 days annual leave per year (plus bank holidays) rising to 29 days after 3 years, pro rata
Your birthday off as an extra holiday
Up to 10% matched pension contribution
Flexible benefits which might include a Health Cash Plan
Access to an Employee Assistance Programme for your own wellbeing

About Curo
We're one of the largest landlords in the South West, with a diverse portfolio of affordable and market rented homes.
We own and manage more than 14,000 homes; properties that our 28,000 residents call home. We’re building hundreds of new homes every year for rent and sale.
We provide award-winning support services to a wide range of residents, including homeless young people and families, older and disabled people, and those affected by mental health issues or memory loss.
As a housing association we have no paid shareholders. We create profit for purpose, reinvesting the surpluses from our commercial house-building business into our core social purpose.
