This role puts you at the heart of our people operations during an exciting time of transformation. You'll ensure Curo's HR and OD processes are managed efficiently while being involved in implementing our new HR platform - a transformative enterprise system that will revolutionise how we support colleagues. You'll identify opportunities to simplify ways of working, streamline practices and implement improvements that drive our purposeful culture strategy forward.
What you'll be doing
- Driving continuous improvement of HR and OD workflows, procedures and toolkits to deliver efficiency and better value
- Supporting the management of HR technology systems including iTrent, working closely with the HR & OD Shared Services Manager
- Using pre-built Power BI reports and data analytics to generate management reports and insights that inform better decision-making
- Maintaining accurate colleague records and ensuring data quality throughout the employee lifecycle
- Supporting managers with guidance on recruitment technology (Teamtailor) to maximise system effectiveness
- Responding to basic HR enquiries and developing self-service resources to streamline colleague support
- Coordinating learning and development programmes and optimising our learning management systems
- Managing performance processes including our new Performance Development Review system
- Supporting onboarding processes through technology, ensuring pre-employment checks meet agreed SLAs
- Identifying and implementing digital solutions to automate manual processes

More about you
You're someone who enjoys working independently to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions. As part of Curo's wider digital adoption strategy, you'll help us use technology to deliver better HR services and support our colleagues more effectively.
Essential:
- CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent professional qualification
- Demonstrable experience managing HR workflows, processes and procedures
- Passion for technology and digital-first approach to problem-solving
- Strong data analysis skills with ability to identify trends and insights
- Proactive mindset with proven ability to streamline and improve processes
- Working knowledge of employment legislation including GDPR
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Process improvement and continuous improvement mindset
Desirable:
- Experience with HR technology systems (iTrent, Teamtailor or similar)
- Background in housing association or similar sector
- Experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools
- Experience implementing and/or testing new technology systems
