At Curo, our Property Operations Department (POD) is the operational property services hub that keeps everything moving smoothly for our residents. We're looking for a confident team leader to guide our Contract Administrators in delivering the renowned customer service our residents deserve.
This dynamic leadership role puts you at the heart of our operations, managing and supporting a team of eight Contract Administrators who coordinate essential property services across our communities. Working as part of our collective group of Team Leaders, you'll use thoughtful delegation, clear guidance, and strong relationships to achieve departmental targets.

- Fostering a can-do mindset within your team to maintain resilience during busy periods
- Onboarding new colleagues and supporting cross-training across POD teams
What you'll get in return
Beyond a competitive salary of £34,753 and the chance to make a real difference every day, you'll get:
- 26 days annual leave per year (plus bank holidays) rising to 29 days after 3 years
- Your birthday off as an extra holiday
- Up to 10% matched pension contribution
- Hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days home)
- Flexible benefits which might include a Health Cash Plan
- Access to an Employee Assistance Programme for your own wellbeing
More about you
If you thrive on variety and enjoy bringing out the best in others, this could be perfect for you. We're looking for someone with natural leadership qualities who's ready to step into formal team management. Whether you've led projects, stepped up during challenging times, or colleagues naturally turn to you for guidance, your leadership potential is what matters most.

About Curo
We're one of the largest landlords in the South West, with a diverse portfolio of affordable and market rented homes.
We own and manage more than 14,000 homes; properties that our 28,000 residents call home. We’re building hundreds of new homes every year for rent and sale.
We provide award-winning support services to a wide range of residents, including homeless young people and families, older and disabled people, and those affected by mental health issues or memory loss.
As a housing association we have no paid shareholders. We create profit for purpose, reinvesting the surpluses from our commercial house-building business into our core social purpose.
