At Curo, our customers deserve excellent communal services around their properties - clean areas, well-maintained car parks, and tidy landscaping. But here's the thing: they pay for these services through annual charges, so someone needs to make sure they get real value for their money. That's where you come in.
You'll be the vital connection ensuring our customers receive the quality services they deserve. Each day brings opportunities to build relationships with managing agents, spot errors that could cost our customers money, and be the trusted voice customers turn to when they have concerns.
Imagine developing expertise in property management while knowing your attention to detail ensures our customers get excellent value for every pound they spend.
What you'll be doing

- Ensuring agent invoices are paid on time to maintain strong relationships and avoid late payment charges
- Building positive relationships with agents through regular phone calls and meetings to ensure excellent service delivery
- Being the helpful voice our customers can call when they have questions or concerns about their service charges

- Supporting our shop portfolio by conducting property inspections, checking lease and rent renewals, and preparing lease documents
- Developing expertise in property management while ensuring our customers get excellent value for every pound they spend
What you'll get in return
Beyond a competitive salary of £27,387 and the opportunity to make a real difference every day, you'll get:
- 26 days annual leave per year (plus bank holidays) rising to 29 days after 3 years
- Your birthday off as an extra holiday
- Up to 10% matched pension contribution
- Hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days home)
- Flexible benefits which might include a Health Cash Plan
- Access to an Employee Assistance Programme for your wellbeing
More about you
We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people and building positive relationships. You'll balance excellent customer communication with strong managing agent partnerships to ensure our customers receive the services they pay for.
Essential:
- Experience in administrative work involving record keeping and following processes
- Excellent attention to detail with ability to spot discrepancies in financial information
- Good Excel skills including basic formulas, formatting, filtering and sorting data
- Comfortable using the phone regularly to contact managing agents, customers and colleagues
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build positive working relationships with different people
- Valid driving licence for property inspections and site visits

About Curo
We're one of the largest landlords in the South West, with a diverse portfolio of affordable and market rented homes.
We own and manage more than 14,000 homes; properties that our 25,000 residents call home. We’re building hundreds of new homes every year for rent and sale.
We provide award-winning support services to a wide range of residents, including homeless young people and families, older and disabled people, and those affected by mental health issues or memory loss.
As a housing association we have no paid shareholders. We create profit for purpose, reinvesting the surpluses from our commercial house-building business into our core social purpose.
