At Curo, we're building organisational capability that transforms how we deliver homes and services - and we need a Learning and Organisational Development Partner to deliver the onboarding experience and develop the colleagues and managers who drive our success.
This isn't about delivering training courses. You'll be the experienced professional who owns our onboarding journey, working closely with our Organisational Development Lead to ensure every colleague and manager has the competence and confidence to excel from day one and beyond.
You'll manage quarterly development cycles, deliver programmes for manager cohorts, and create the Curo learning brand that makes development accessible, engaging and impactful for everyone.
What you'll be doing
You'll be the learning professional who delivers development experiences that build organisational capability, with equal focus on colleague and manager excellence.

Learning Experience Design
- Creating the Curo learning brand that makes development engaging and accessible
- Using our Learning Management System (SkillGate) to deliver core skills like digital competency, data protection, EDI, and manual handling
- Innovating learning delivery - from gamified trades training to recorded sessions
- Ensuring all learning is inclusive and meets diverse colleague needs
Performance Optimisation
- Using frameworks to map what's required for optimal performance across all roles
- Managing quarterly cycles of identifying learning needs and delivering solutions
- Collaborating with the OD Lead (Learning & Performance) to ensure strategic alignment
- Measuring impact and continuously improving the learning experience
What you'll get in return
Beyond your salary and the opportunity to shape how we perform, you'll get:
- 26 days annual leave per year (plus bank holidays) rising to 29 days after 3 years
- Your birthday off as an extra holiday plus holiday trading options
- Up to 10% matched pension contribution with 6x salary life assurance

About Curo
We're one of the largest landlords in the South West, with a diverse portfolio of affordable and market rented homes.
We own and manage more than 14,000 homes; properties that our 28,000 residents call home. We’re building hundreds of new homes every year for rent and sale.
We provide award-winning support services to a wide range of residents, including homeless young people and families, older and disabled people, and those affected by mental health issues or memory loss.
As a housing association we have no paid shareholders. We create profit for purpose, reinvesting the surpluses from our commercial house-building business into our core social purpose.
